There is no customer service at all, there is no customer appreciation, there is no respect for the agreement between you, there is simply no responsibility, as well as the bad way to disrespect (Someone tells you that they are wrong and your order will not arrive on time between you in advance and agreed upon, and then doesn't respond to you again, as if it tells you that this is what we have and no value to you or your opinion) This shows disrespect and ignorance in dealing with customers
